Shipping policy
Would you like to exchange something, have a defect or would you like to cancel the purchase? Choose the appropriate option:
1. HOW DOES SHIPPING COST ME?
The shipping costs are automatically calculated individually for each destination country and communicated on the checkout page. In general:
• Germany: Up to an order value of €48.99 we charge €4.99 shipping costs in Germany. For orders over €49, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
• EU (incl. Denmark, Cyprus): Up to an order value of €59.99 we charge €4.99 shipping costs. For orders over €60, shipping within the EU is free of charge.
• Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), Norway: We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for shipping to the UK and Norway. We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for shipping to Switzerland. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.
2. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped to Germany with DPD or DHL. We ship to all other countries with GLS or UPS. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number by email with which you can track your package. Depending on where you live, you also have several options for managing your shipment with DHL:
• Desired neighbor: here you can select your favorite neighbor to whom you can entrust your package.
• Desired day: The package arrives on Thursday, but you already know that you won't be at home? Then simply choose a new desired day on which you are safe at home.
• Drop-off location: For the drop-off location, you can specify that the parcel carrier can leave your package at a location you specify without anyone having to accept the package.
• Evening delivery: In some regions of Germany it is also possible to book an extra evening delivery (6 p.m. - 10 p.m.). However, you have to pay for this service with DHL.
3. MY DELIVERY DISAPPEARED - WHAT CAN I DO?
If there are any problems with your delivery, please send us an email support@everjump.fit. Our team will find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.
4. DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
Everjump currently delivers products within the EU. For all other countries, please send an email to support@everjump.fit.
5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Within Germany the delivery time is 1-3 days, depending on what time the order was placed and how far away you live from our warehouse. International deliveries reach you within 3-6 days.
6. HOW DOES THE RETURN SHIPPING WORK?
If you would like to return your product, please contact our customer service at support @ everjump. fit (without spaces) or via our contact form. Pleasenotethat your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. i.e. in perfect condition, without defects with tags and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
